This policy explains what Tuition Station collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the website, the Android app and the Windows app.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone, city, whether you live in Pakistan or abroad, your subjects and level.
- For children under 13: the parent's email and phone, and the date the parent approved.
- Class activity: classes you asked to join or created, chat messages in class, and reports.
- Live audio and video: sent only to the people in the same class while it is live. We do not keep it unless the teacher records.
- Recordings: made only by the teacher, or by a student the teacher allowed. Stored encrypted inside Tuition Station.
- Payments: the plan, amount and the payment screenshot you upload. On Android, Google Play handles the payment and we receive only a confirmation.
- Security data: the devices you are signed in on, approximate sign-in place, and failed sign-in attempts.
How we use it
- To run your classes, show you classes in your subjects, and open your membership.
- To keep accounts safe: sign-in alerts, blocking repeated wrong passwords, and checking reports.
- To send emails you need, such as parent approval, sign-in alerts and password resets. No marketing without your permission.
Who can see it
- Teachers see the name, level and city of students who ask to join their classes.
- Payment screenshots are visible only to the owner and staff who confirm payments.
- The owner and staff with the right role can review reports and class chat to keep classes safe.
- We use trusted services to run the app: our hosting provider, LiveKit for live video, and Google Play for Android payments. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your account until you delete it. When you delete your account we remove your profile, class history, chat messages and recordings. Payment records are kept as required for tax and accounting.
Your choices
- Change your details in the app at any time.
- Delete your account from More → Delete my account, or ask at support@zohaiblabs.com.
- Turn sign-in alerts on or off in Security.
Children
Children under 13 can use Tuition Station only after a parent approves the account. See our Child safety standards for more.
